Job summary

Enmac Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and hospitality sectors in Chennai. The role involves meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and guiding proposals related to heat load calculations and HVAC system design.

You will coordinate with internal teams to prepare bids, submit commercial offers, negotiate orders, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to order.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and identify opportunities.
• Oversee heat load calculations and HVAC system design.
• Ensure appropriate technical solutions and system selection are proposed to clients.
• Guide the team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders as per client requirements.
• Review and approve offers and proposals before submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams for preparing competitive bids.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers and quotations to clients.
• Conduct negotiation meetings and finalise orders with clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Conduct site meetings with clients and architects to understand project scope and requirements.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination with stakeholders during the project acquisition stage.
• Monitor and ensure payment collection from clients as per agreed terms.
• Support accounts and management in ensuring timely revenue realisation
