Probity Infotek Human Capital Solutions seeks an HVAC Sales Manager to drive revenue by leading regional sales teams and shaping go-to-market strategies for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.

You will build relationships with contractors and engineers, manage CRM pipelines, and ensure targets are met through consultative technical presentations and strong forecasting.

Qualificações

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or business administration.
• 5–10+ years of technical sales experience in HVAC or related thermal management sectors with prior management responsibility.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems including chillers, VRF, and heat pumps.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies targeting commercial buildings, industrial plants, and data centers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team; set quotas and evaluate performance.
• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts, HVAC consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Articulate technical aspects of HVAC products to clients and provide consultative solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) and manage pipeline health.

An HVAC Sales Manager drives revenue by leading sales teams, creating go-to-market strategies, and closing high-value commercial or industrial deals (such as chillers and VRF systems).

They build relationships with contractors and engineers, manage pipelines in CRM software, and ensure targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities sales Strategy:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies targeting commercial buildings, industrial plants, and data centers.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team; set quotas and evaluate performance.

Requirements education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.Experience: 510+ years of technical sales experience in the HVAC or related thermal management sector, with previous management experience.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF, and heat pumps.Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
