Role & responsibilities:-

• Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, builders, and MEP companies.
• Promote and sell HVAC products and complete HVAC solutions, including AHUs, ducting, ventilation systems, chillers, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.
• Understand client requirements and provide technically suitable HVAC solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
• Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and customer requirements until project finalization.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and upcoming HVAC projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
