Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk non-IT roles across customer support, sales, operations, and back-office functions in Bengaluru.

You will source candidates across job portals, referrals, social media, and databases, conduct initial telephonic screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensure timely feedback, and drive joining ratios

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably bulk hiring.
• Hands-on with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and high-volume recruitment targets simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring for customer service, sales, operations, retail, field sales, back-office, or similar non-IT roles.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
