Radure Handling in Chennai seeks an HR Recruiter to source and screen candidates across portals, referrals, calls, and other channels, with a focus on blue-collar roles such as drivers and delivery staff.

You will explain job roles and salaries, coordinate interviews, complete onboarding, and maintain candidate pipelines and records to meet current and future needs. This role is on-site in Chennai and targets recruitment outcomes.

• Recruit blue-collar employees such as drivers, riders, delivery executives and other frontline staff.
• Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.

• Complete required documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Maintain basic recruitment reports and candidate records.

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 months - 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or blue-collar hiring.
• Any additional language would be added advantage
• Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets.
