Job summary

JobHub Recruitment in Thane, Maharashtra, is looking for a proactive recruitment coordinator. You will source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events, then conduct interviews to assess suitability and coordinate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.

You will maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications

• HSC/Graduate freshers or experienced may apply.

Salary Range

• 12k to 15k + Incentives (For Fresher)
• Upto 25k + Incentives (For Experienced)

Shift Timing:

• 10.30 am to 07.30 pm

Weekoff :

• Sunday fixed off, alternate Saturday off.
