Job summary

Macmillan Publishers India Pvt Ltd. invites applications for a Recruitment Specialist to manage sourcing, screening and onboarding across IT and Non-IT roles in India.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial interviews, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the cycle. MBA/PGDM plus 3-7 years of recruitment experience are required. Experience with end-to-end processes and strong sourcing networks preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
