Recruitment & Selection

• Manage end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation, induction and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and manpower needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultants.
• Promote the Employee Referral Program, conduct walk-in drives, and strengthen relationships with training and placement officers (TPOs) and HR professionals to build robust talent pipelines and introduce new recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
• Handle offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Ensure adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time) for closures.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain and update weekly/monthly recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Maintain employer mapping, talent mapping and salary bench marking for key positions.
• Onboarding and preparation of MIS sheet

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process until the onboarding process.

Relevant Work Experience
