Job summary

Vortex in Uttar Pradesh, Sector 10 seeks an HR generalist to manage end-to-end human resources processes. You will lead hiring across roles, maintain pipelines, and support onboarding, attendance, and payroll data alignment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of HR experience, including a year as the sole HR contact in a company, and strong English/Hindi communication. IT/services background is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years HR experience in an IT or services company preferred.
• At least 1 year as the sole HR person in a company.
• Hands-on experience hiring both technical and sales roles.
• Experience handling warnings, exits, and salary negotiations.
• Familiarity with offer letters, probation, attendance, and settlements.

What we are looking for

• Fluent English and Hindi, spoken and written
• IT or services company background preferred
