Job summary

Drone Port is seeking a Human Resources Lead to guide the company through its founding phase by owning hiring, contracts, onboarding, and statutory registrations.

You will coordinate payroll, provident fund and insurance with external providers, manage recruiters, and drive timely performance reviews. Fluency in Tamil and English is required, with 5-8 years HR experience and a track record of scaling teams in India.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in human resources with hands-on recruitment ownership.
• Scaled a team quickly and kept the bar.
• Solid grounding in Indian labour law and statutory compliance.
• Comfortable managing external recruiters and a payroll provider.
• Fluent Tamil and English.

The company goes from a handful of people to a full team inside three months, on fixed joining dates that do not move. You own that landing cleanly: contracts, onboarding, statutory registration, and the recruiters and payroll bureau who work alongside you. Week one has to be useful, not administrative.
