- Payroll Inputs & Attendance: Collate, verify, and submit monthly attendance, leave, overtime, and incentive data to the vendor using HRMS.
- Vendor Compliance: Monitor the third-party agency to ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, and Minimum Wages) for off-role staff.
2. Core HR Operations & HRMS Governance
- Source of Truth: Maintain employee database accuracy in our HRMS platform across all lifecycle changes (new hires, transfers, and exits).
- Document Management: Maintain secure, audit-ready digital e-folders for off-role staff.
- Offboarding & F&F: Coordinate resignation clearances, exit paperwork, background verification (BGV), and assist with Full & Final (F&F) settlements and relieving letters.
3. Recruitment & Smooth Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups across departments.
- Day-1 Readiness: Oversee new hire onboarding workflows by tracking documentation, background checks, and coordinating with IT for asset provisioning.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with department leads and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand team-specific hiring and support requirements.
4. Employee Engagement & Operations
- Query Resolution: Serve as an approachable point of contact for day-to-day employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and payroll.
- Culture & Initiatives: Assist in planning employee engagement activities, pulse surveys, performance appraisal administrative tasks, and recognition events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Freshers with strong academic background or relevant HR internships are welcome).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of generalist HR experience or hands‑on HR internship exposure.
- Vendor & Operations Focus: Ability to manage high-volume employee data and coordinate seamlessly with external payroll vendors.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and MS Office Suite.
- HR Tech Familiarity: Basic exposure to HRMS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a strong plus.
- Statutory Awareness: Basic understanding of Indian labor compliance, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF), and contract staffing workflows.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, street smart individual with a strong willingness to learn and handle end-to-end HR domain operations.
