Job summary

Bradsol is seeking an IT Recruiter for Hyderabad to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The role requires 1+ years of experience and hands-on use of Naukri and LinkedIn, with strong English communication skills.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and build a robust pipeline while coordinating with hiring managers. This is an office-based position in Hyderabad, with a focus on timely recruitment targets.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding candidate submissions and interview feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in internal trackers/ATS.
