Job summary

Adore Technosoft OPC is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of recruitment experience to join our team in India. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates end-to-end to ensure a smooth hiring process.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, conduct initial HR calls, coordinate interviews, update the candidate tracker, and assist with offer and onboarding activities, while meeting hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker/database.
• Handle candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Negotiate salary and discuss joining timelines with selected candidates.
• Coordinate the offer, documentation, and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
