Digitrix Software LLP in Hyderabad is seeking an IT HR Recruiter with about 1 year of IT recruitment experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

You will contribute to a fast-paced recruitment cycle using job portals and professional networks. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication, solid recruitment basics, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders to fill roles

Formación

• 1+ year of IT recruitment/HR recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
• Communicate with clients regarding requirements, profiles, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain/update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment/HR recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong client communication and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals is preferred
