Job summary

Rahri Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Recruiter to join our Pune team.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, source candidates through multiple portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. You will also maintain candidate records and support onboarding processes to ensure smooth hires. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of recruitment portals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
