Job summary

Mphatek Systems in Pune is hiring an HR Operations Professional with 2-5 years of experience to manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers and exits.

You will handle GreytHR portal operations, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, drive employee engagement, support HR processes and contribute to PMP/performance management, while ensuring compliance with labour laws. Walk-In Drive on 27th Oct 26 Tuesday, 11:00 to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Work from Office 5 days a week
• Hands‑on experience with GreytHR or similar HRMS.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and labour laws.
• Experience in Performance Management (PMP) and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation and compliance
