Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an HR Operations professional to handle client-facing HR processes in Goregaon East (HO), from onboarding to exit for multiple client accounts.

The role requires managing documentation, HRMS updates, inductions, joining formalities, and responding to queries on salary, attendance, leave, and policies. Collaboration with payroll and finance for accurate inputs is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0.6 months – 4 years of experience in HR Operations / Staffing / Contract Staffing.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll inputs, audits, and employee lifecycle management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Manage documentation, HRMS updates, induction, joining formalities.
• Address salary, attendance, leave, statutory benefits, and HR policies queries.
• Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) and follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare audit documents and supporting records for client and statutory audits.
• Prepare and verify client invoices based on attendance, deployment, payroll and inputs.
• Coordinate with clients for invoice validation and timely submission.
• Manage employee exit, full & final settlement, relieving letters, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports related to headcount, attendance, payroll, compliance, onboarding, exits, and billing.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle of employees , from onboarding to exit.
