Job summary

IntouchCX is hiring Customer Service Associates for International Chat & Voice Process in Hyderabad. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Freshers are welcome, and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an international chat/voice process and excellent written English will fit well. You will document interactions, meet quality standards, and build trust with clients.
