Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking a Customer Service Associate for international chat support. You will handle live chat queries, understand requirements, and provide timely solutions to customers.

The role requires excellent English communication, 10+2 education or higher, and readiness for 24/7 rotational shifts with WFO. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include 10+2 minimum; diplomas or degrees accepted.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accurate information.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response-time targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the CRM.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.
