Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is hiring for a Customer Service Associate (Chat process) on a Work From Office basis. The role focuses on international chat support and requires strong English written and verbal communication.

You will handle customer queries via chat, manage multiple chats, understand needs, and provide product-based solutions. Education 10+2 or higher; 0–1 year experience; immediate joiners preferred. Salary up to 3.4 LPA with 2-way cab facility and rotational shifts.
