Job summary

Msquare Constructions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities across residential and commercial projects, including high-rise interiors and fit-outs. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Reading drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining snag lists are key duties. The role requires strong knowledge of finishing materials and proficiency in AutoCAD or MS Excel, with a focus on maintaining industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or architecture.
• Proven site experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, application methods, and quality parameters.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance protocols.
• Proficiency in technical drawing review and basic project tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work: plastering, pop punning/gypsum plaster, tiling, cladding, granite/marble, painting, ceilings, and carpentry.
• Oversee interior works of residential, high-rise, and villas.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and architects.
• Inspect materials and monitor quality to meet standards.
• Create and manage snag lists to fix defects before handover.
• Track schedules, manage material wastage, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Prepare checklists and obtain client sign-offs daily.
• Raise indents and related procurement requests.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work including plastering/ pop punning/gypsum plaster, Tile flooring and cladding, Granite/marble, painting, false ceilings, and carpentry.
• Interior works of residential, high rise,villas
• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and architects for smooth workflow.
• Inspect incoming materials and monitor work quality to maintain industry standards.
• Create and manage snag lists (punch lists) to identify and fix defects before handover.
• Track project schedules, control material wastage, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Preparing check lists and getting sign day to day basis from clients
• Raising indents etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven site experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out High rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, application methods, and quality parameters.
