Godrej Properties in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Site Execution & Supervision professional for luxury residential and hospitality interiors. You will supervise finishing works, coordinate trades, ensure conformity with drawings and samples, and lead final snagging with the team.

You will also drive quality assurance, planning, cost control, and safety compliance, while coordinating with interior designers, consultants, and the client’s team to deliver projects on time and to design intent.

Competenze

• 8-12 years of construction/interior fit-out experience, preferably luxury interiors
• Experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors
• Proven experience with natural stone, bespoke joinery, metalwork, glass and finishes

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day finishing works (flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, bespoke joinery, metalwork, glazing, doors, fixtures)
• Verify work against drawings, shop drawings, and approved samples; rectify non-conforming work
• Coordinate trades with MEP supervisor to meet programme and plan labour/material deployment
• Maintain rigorous quality control with inspection checklists and snag tracking
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, track long-lead materials, and manage cost with Contracts team
• Coordinate with interior design team and consultants on design-intent queries; raise RFIs

Role & responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day execution of all finishing works, including flooring (stone, marble, timber), wall finishes and coverings, ceilings, bespoke joinery and millwork, metalwork, glazing, doors and hardware, specialty paint and plaster, wet‑area and terrace waterproofing, and installation of sanitaryware, fittings,

curtains and FF&E.

Verify work against issued-for-construction drawings, shop drawings, approved samples and mock‑ups; stop and rectify non‑conforming work.

Sequence and coordinate trades with the MEP supervisor and contractors; plan labour and material deployment to meet the programme.

Quality Assurance

Maintain rigorous quality control: inspection checklists, stage-wise inspections (substrate, waterproofing,

pre‑finish), inspection of delivered materials against approved samples, and photographic records.

Raise non‑conformance reports and snag lists, track closure, and lead final snagging and defects liability closure.

Coordinate with the interior design team and consultants on design‑intent queries; raise RFIs and track them to closure.

Planning, Material & Cost Control

Prepare look‑ahead schedules, update progress and flag delays early; track long‑lead and high‑value materials, and ensure safe storage and protection of finished surfaces.

Measure completed work and verify contractor bills with the Contracts team; identify variations and opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising design intent.

Coordination & Stakeholder Relations

Coordinate with design, quality, procurement and the tower's base‑building team on access, material movement and permits.

Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants, contractors, craftspeople and client representatives, and resolve issues promptly.

Reporting & Risk Management

Track tasks daily against the look‑ahead schedule, and record progress, manpower and material status.

Submit a weekly finishing site status report to the Overall Coordinator covering progress, quality, snags, material status and upcoming activities.

Flag potential risks and delays (material availability, design clarifications, trade clashes, access, quality or safety issues) early, with proposed mitigation.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, permit-to-work, working-at-height and housekeeping requirements, and the building's fit‑out rules.

Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks, and maintain site security and client confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

812 years of experience in construction and interior fit-out, including at least 5 years of hands‑on site

execution of luxury residential, hospitality, private villa or high‑end commercial interiors.

Proven experience with natural stone, bespoke joinery, metalwork, glass, and specialty paint and plaster

finishes, and with FF&E installation.

Has handled at least one project from mobilisation to handover and defects liability period (DLP) closure.

Prior experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be given weightage.

Skills:

Strong supervisory and site coordination skills; the ability to guide contractors and craftspeople.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Primavera or MS Project.

Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
