Job summary

DTC Group is seeking a site supervisor to oversee finishing works in residential high-rise projects. You will supervise the construction team and subcontractors for blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, and interior finishes, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

You should be proficient in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate installation of fixtures and doors. This role requires strong on-site leadership and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Must have- Comprehensive Technical Knowledge and skills regarding all Finishing Activities associated with residential high-rise & annexe buildings.
• Should have- Site control power with the subcontractor for more productivity. Shuttering knowledge of Aluform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works at all stages including high-end floor finishes, joinery, wall finishes, facades, and interior works.
• Instruct construction team and subcontractors for blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring and cladding, waterproofing, and interior treatments.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Monitor installation of electrical fixtures, sanitary fittings, and doors/windows.
• Ensure finishing works are completed within scheduled timelines.

• Strong supervision experience in Finishing works in Building Projects, instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors for blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring & cladding, waterproofing, internal wall treatments, woodwork, metalwork, and miscellaneous other finishing activities.
