Job summary

Madhav Limaye Consulting in Pune is seeking an experienced Interior & Finishing Engineer to manage interior execution, finishing activities, site coordination, and quality control for real estate and construction projects.

You will supervise flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, doors and windows, align works with drawings and schedules, coordinate with architects and contractors, monitor progress, ensure safety, and prepare daily progress reports to drive timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in interior execution and finishing works.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-end real estate projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction drawings, and site execution.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interior and finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, carpentry, doors, windows, and other finishing activities.
• Execute interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
