Jain Construction in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to join our construction team. You will supervise finishing works for residential projects, ensure quality, and deliver on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a civil engineering degree and at least four years of experience, with strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities including tiling, painting, textures
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site supervisors
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules
• Conduct inspections and prepare snag lists before handover
• Ensure finishing works comply with drawings and specifications
• Minimize rework through proactive quality checks

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities including:
  • Floor and wall tiling
  • Internal & external painting
  • Wall putty, plaster corrections and texture finishes
  • False ceiling works
  • Doors, windows and hardware installation
  • Modular kitchen and wardrobe coordination
  • Sanitaryware and CP fittings
  • Electrical fixtures and final finishing
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site supervisors.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules.
• Conduct inspections and prepare snag lists before handover.
• Ensure finishing works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements
