Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Graduate in Civil Engineering or BArch to lead finishing work on a site in Hyderabad. You will plan, supervise, and deliver plastering, flooring, tiling, cladding, joinery, painting and false ceilings in line with drawings, specs and client expectations.

You will coordinate with project, design, MEP, procurement and QA/QC teams to ensure timely completion and quality, and manage interfaces, ensure availability of drawings, materials and tools on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• Experience coordinating finishing works on-site is preferred.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage finishing work including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, joinery and ceilings.
• Interpret architectural drawings and finishing specs accurately on site.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP and QA/QC teams for smooth interfaces.
• Supervise contractor activities and allocate work fronts to meet standards.
• Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, tools, and mock-ups on site.

Job Description

Finishing – Site is responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering all finishing activities at the site, including internal and external architectural finishes. This role ensures timely completion of high-quality finishes such as plastering, flooring, tiling, cladding, joinery, painting, and false ceilings in line with approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations. The incumbent works closely with project, design, MEP, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure integration and alignment of finishing activities with the overall project schedule and quality objectives.

Plan and manage the execution of all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, joinery, and ceiling installations

• ? Interpret and implement architectural drawings and finishing specifications accurately on site.
• ? Coordinate with civil, MEP, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth interfaces and conflict-free execution.
• ? Supervise contractor activities, allocate work fronts, and ensure productivity and workmanship meet required standards.
• ? Ensure timely availability of approved drawings, materials, tools, and mock-ups through coordination with design and procurement teams.
