Job summary

Smartworld Developers Pvt Ltd in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing works on residential and commercial projects. You will supervise plastering, tiling, marble installation, doors and false ceiling, ensuring adherence to drawings and quality standards.

You will coordinate with contractors and labour, monitor progress, inspect workmanship, manage snag lists, and ensure pre-handover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day finishing activities at residential and commercial project sites.
• Internal and external plastering.
• Wall putty, primer, and painting.
• Floor and wall tiling.
• Marble and granite installation.
• Doors, windows, and hardware installation.
• False ceiling and gypsum work.
• Waterproofing and related finishing works.
• Plumbing and sanitary fixture installation.
• Electrical fittings and final fixture installation.
• Ensure all finishing activities are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure completion within the project schedule.
• Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards at every stage.
• Identify defects, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectification.
• Check material requirements, consumption, and wastage at the site.
• Verify measurements and contractor bills as per actual site execution.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and project management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
• Conduct pre-handover inspections and ensure flats/units are ready for possession.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
