Job summary

Awign Enterprises in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned field recruiter to source and screen candidates for machine operators and technicians. You will visit local areas, explain roles and terms, coordinate interviews and joining, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 13+ years in field or blue-collar recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to travel within Bengaluru. Familiarity with local markets and sourcing channels is essential.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in field recruitment, manpower recruitment, or blue-collar hiring preferred.
• Experience in machine operator, technician, mechanic, manufacturing, or industrial hiring preferred.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru local areas and candidate sourcing markets.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Bengaluru for field recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for machine operator and technician hiring through field visits, local references, job groups, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct field-level candidate sourcing and screening as per job requirements.
• Explain the job role, salary, working hours, location, and other employment terms to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, selections, documentation, and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates and ensure joining conversion.
• Visit local areas, ITIs, industrial areas, workshops, and other relevant locations for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain daily recruitment data, candidate status, and joining reports.
• Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to close open positions within the required timeline.
• Achieve daily and weekly sourcing and joining targets.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
