Job summary

CIEL HR in Hosur, Karnataka invites a Field Recruiter to source candidates for manufacturing profiles. The role requires bulk hiring, strong local networks, and hands-on screening and coordination of interviews.

Candidates must have at least 6 months field recruitment experience, possess a two-wheeler with a valid DL, and be fluent in Tamil and Kannada. Immediate joiners and male candidates only are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment, preferably bulk hiring.
• Experience hiring for manufacturing industry profiles such as Supervisors, Technicians, Operators.
• Strong knowledge of local candidate sourcing and field recruitment activities.
• Two-wheeler/Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) are mandatory.
• Tamil and Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Willing to travel locally for candidate sourcing and recruitment drives.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Male candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk hiring for manufacturing positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring teams to close open positions within timelines.
• Conduct local recruitment drives and support joining formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
