Job summary

Hudson Manpower in Mumbai is seeking a recruitment professional to source and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar candidates for client requirements. You will build a strong network of agents, training institutes, and technical colleges across India, using job portals and field visits to attract talent.

The role requires coordinating screenings, interviews, trade tests, and selection with internal HR teams, ensuring timely mobilization and compliant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in blue/white collar recruitment in engineering, EPC, manufacturing or construction.
• Proven field sourcing and candidate mobilization across multiple Indian states.
• Strong network with local agents, manpower suppliers and technical institutes.
• Good knowledge of online job portals and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment drives across India.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email).
• Graduate in HR or related field preferred.

• Maintain an updated database of available candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill, and location.
• Help boost placement numbers through proactive sourcing and continuous follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar candidates (technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers, etc.) for client requirements.




• Build and maintain a strong network of agents, sub-agents, training institutes, and technical colleges across India.




• Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.), social media, and field visits to identify and attract candidates.




• Conduct field visits and recruitment drives in different states as needed to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled manpower.




• Coordinate screening, interviews, trade tests, and selection of candidates as per client needs.

Coordination & Operations:

• Work closely with the internal HR and operations teams to ensure timely mobilization and placement of candidates.




• Maintain an updated database of available candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill, and location.




• Help boost placement numbers through proactive sourcing and continuous follow‑ups.




• Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Networking & Relationship Management:

• Develop and manage relationships with placement agents, technical training centers, and industry networks.




• Identify and onboard new sourcing partners in untapped regions to expand reach.




• Maintain strong rapport with field recruiters and candidates to build long‑term trust and reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 2-5 years in blue/white collar recruitment, preferably in engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or construction sectors.




• Proven experience in field sourcing and candidate mobilization from different states of India.




• Strong network and contacts with local agents, manpower suppliers, and technical institutes.




• Good knowledge of online job portals and sourcing platforms.




• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.




• Willingness to travel for field recruitment drives across India when required.




• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email communication).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Any Discipline (HR or related field preferred).




• Candidates from recruitment agencies, EPC, or construction manpower supply background preferred.




• Candidates residing near Naigaon / Vasai / Virar will be given priority.
