Job summary

Spinny in Bengaluru is seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, sales, operations and non-tech roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, referrals and other portals, screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus
• 1 year of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience (blue-collar / bulk hiring)
• Comfort with target-based hiring and walk-in drives; proficient in MS Excel and job portals
• Immediate joiners / 15 days notice preferred; based in Bangalore or willing to relocate; on-site; good communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada
