Job summary

The Talent Development SME is responsible for managing complex L&D operations, ensuring governance, compliance, and effective utilization of LMS platforms. The role acts as a key point of escalation and drives process improvements and operational excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end learning lifecycle, curriculum administration, ensure mandatory training, handle escalations, mentor junior team members, and partner with HRIS and Talent Management across Oracle Learning Cloud and other LMS

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA HR or L&D preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in L&D operations or LMS management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with Oracle Learning Cloud and other LMS tools.

  • Catalog management, learning communities, assignment rules and required learning
  • Learning assignments & compliance training: required/mandatory learning setup, assignment rules and dynamic audiences, recurring/renewable assignments and certification expiry, due dates and reminders/escalations, completion tracking, and compliance/audit reporting
  • Learning records, completions, and transcript management
  • Talent Management adjacencies: Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review, Succession (often grouped here)
  • Skills/competency frameworks and Dynamic Skills / Oracle Skills Center awareness
  • Notifications, reminders, and learning journeys
