Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad seeks an HRIS Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Benefits administration. You will configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud to support end-to-end HR processes and analytics.

The role covers recruitment lifecycle, learning management, and US benefits configurations, requiring collaboration with HR teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet business and recruitment requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate applications, screening, interview management, offer management, and hiring.
• Configure recruitment workflows, approval rules, candidate selection processes, and recruiting content.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to identify process improvements and resolve functional issues.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Learning Cloud to support organizational learning and development requirements.
• Manage learning assignments, certifications, courses, and curricula.
• Support learning enrollment, eligibility rules, and course completion tracking.
• Develop and maintain learning reports and analytics to monitor training completion, certification status, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot learning-related issues and support enhancements to learning processes.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Benefits and Compensation Administration.
• Manage benefits plans, programs, options, rates, and eligibility profiles.
• Support US benefits administration, including open enrollment and qualifying life event processing.
• Validate benefits eligibility, enrolment outcomes, effective dates, and related configuration rules.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation teams to resolve issues and improve benefits administration processes.
