Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad is seeking AM - HR (L&D) to lead training programs and development initiatives. The role requires 6+ years post-MBA/PGDM experience with at least 4+ years in relevant L&D activities, HR operations, and program management.

You will design, deliver and assess training programs, manage content and instructional design, and drive employee engagement across Aviation/BPO/KPO/ITES sectors. Regular office-based role with monthly training initiatives.
