SBI Recovery is looking for a telecollection executive to handle outbound credit card recovery calls in Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam with English. The role runs 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week with a rotational week-off. Educational requirement is 12th pass or graduate with 0.6–1.5 months’ experience.

Salary ranges from 16,500 to 25,000 CTC plus incentives and growth opportunities. The candidate should be flexible, possess good communication skills, and have a basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualificações

• Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam with English language proficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Responsabilidades
