Sri Lakshmi Associates in Vijayawada urgently seeks a Recovery Telecaller to handle outbound calls on pending loan payments, drive recoveries, and maintain records using MS Office.

The role requires 3 years of experience in telecalling/collections, Telugu language proficiency, strong communication, target orientation, and willingness to work with incentives.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in Telecalling / Collections / Loan Recovery.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Basic MS Office knowledge is mandatory.
• Telugu communication is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and confident approach.
• Prior Banking / NBFC / Loan Collection experience is an advantage.
• DRA Certification preferred.

URGENT HIRING RECOVERY TELECALLER

Location: Vijayawada

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 03 Years

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments.

Follow up with customers for timely payment and recovery.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer payment status.

Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and collections.

Update customer and collection details using MS Office/Excel.
