Ferrous Engineering in India seeks a detail-driven tender manager to lead end-to-end bidding for government and private projects. You will compile technical and commercial bids, register and maintain profiles on client portals, and actively participate in live reverse auctions with senior management.

The role requires a graduate or diploma, strong numerical ability, and the discipline to meet strict submission deadlines.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in any stream (Engineering backgrounds are a plus).
• Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and the capacity to work under strict submission deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable with navigating complex websites, online portals, MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
• Experience: Prior experience in e-tendering, online bidding, or working with vendor portals is highly preferred.
• Mindset: Sharp, alert, and comfortable in high-stakes digital environments (like live auctions).
