Moove is seeking a motivated Sales & Onboarding + Collection Executive in Mumbai, covering Goregaon West. You'll drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and ensure timely collections while building strong relationships.

You will manage onboarding documentation, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, aiming to meet both sales and collection targets in a dynamic fintech/mobility environment.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Collections, Customer Service, or similar field.
• Graduate preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-ups.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Onboarding + Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves customer acquisition and onboarding along with timely collection follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Onboarding

• Identify and engage potential customers through calls, references, and field interactions.
• Explain products/services and convert prospects into customers.
• Complete customer onboarding and documentation as per process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

Collection & Customer Management

• Follow up with customers for timely payments and outstanding dues.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment schedules.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Collections, Customer Service, BPO, BFSI, Mobility, FinTech, or similar industries.
• Graduate preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
• Candidates comfortable with both sales and collection responsibilities will be preferred.
