Job summary

Moove is seeking a Sales & Onboarding + Collection Executive in Mumbai to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and timely collections. You will engage prospects, explain products, onboard new customers, and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities include completing onboarding, regular follow-ups, achieving sales and onboarding targets, and managing collections with accurate records. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure payment schedules are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Collections, Customer Service, BPO, BFSI, Mobility, FinTech, or related field.
• Graduate preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with sales and collection responsibilities.

Responsibilities
