Job summary

AVA Infotech is seeking a Field Collection Executive to visit customers, chase payments, and resolve payment-related concerns across the assigned territory in Mumbai. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and comfort with field travel.

The candidate should be self-motivated and able to meet monthly collection targets. Prior experience in field collection or related financial services is preferred, with a preference for candidates holding a driving license and two-wheeler

• Experience in field collection, recovery, sales, banking, NBFC, telecom or related field preferred.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive who will be responsible for visiting assigned customers/members, following up on outstanding payments, resolving payment-related concerns and achieving collection targets.

The ideal candidate should be confident in field work, possess good communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers/members at their locations for payment follow-up and collection.


• Follow up on outstanding/overdue payments through field visits and telephone calls.


• Understand customer concerns and communicate payment requirements professionally.


• Negotiate and encourage customers to clear outstanding dues within the required timeline.


• Maintain regular follow-ups on assigned collection cases.


• Update customer visit details, payment status and collection information in the system.


• Submit daily field activity and collection reports to the reporting manager.


• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer disputes, payment issues and account updates.


• Achieve assigned monthly collection and productivity targets.


• Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring a customer-friendly approach.


• Follow company policies, collection procedures and professional conduct standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate


• Experience: 13 years in Field Collection, Recovery, Sales, Banking, NBFC, Telecom or related field preferred.


• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to work in the field may also be considered.


• Good Hindi + local language communication skills.


• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities.


• Comfortable with daily local travel.


• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.


• Should be self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.


• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred/required as per location
