Job Purpose

The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting overdue EMI payments from customers who have availed vehicle finance loans, maintaining healthy repayment levels, reducing loan delinquencies, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through phone calls, SMS, and field visits to collect overdue EMI payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts for vehicle loans, including two-wheelers, cars, commercial vehicles, and other financed vehicles.
• Visit customers at their residence, workplace, or business premises for payment follow-up.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
• Identify reasons for payment delays and negotiate suitable repayment commitments within company policy.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers who have promised to pay.
• Update collection status, payment commitments, and customer feedback in the company's system.
• Coordinate with branch managers, collection managers, and the legal or repossession team when required.
• Identify high-risk and repeat-default customers and **escalate** cases according to company policy.
• Ensure professional conduct and compliance with applicable RBI guidelines, company policies, and fair recovery practices.
• Submit daily collection reports and maintain accurate records of field visits and payments received.
