Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a Field Collections Executive to manage on-ground recovery of overdue accounts in the Maharashtra region. You will follow up with customers, visit sites, and negotiate repayment plans to achieve monthly targets while maintaining accurate records.

Candidate should be graduate with 0–5 years in BFSI or collections, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable with field work and local travel. Two-wheeler and a valid license preferred.
