Job summary

Banaraswala Wire Mesh in Ahmedabad is seeking an energetic Branch Sales Lead to drive branch performance and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, strengthening dealer and B2B relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will manage the branch sales team, conduct regular market visits, monitor trends and pricing, ensure timely order processing and collections, and provide MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop new customers and expand business in the assigned territory.
• Manage and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and B2B customers.
• Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer service.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and support timely collections.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Head Office teams.
• Review branch performance, sales pipeline, collections, and profitability.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular sales and branch performance MIS reports.
