Job summary

Iiflsamasta in Telangana seeks a proactive Branch Operations Manager to lead day-to-day branch functions and drive performance across lending, collections and customer service.

You will manage loan disbursement, client acquisition, KYC, and compliance with RBI/MFI guidelines while mentoring the branch team and coordinating with regional offices.

• Experience in branch operations within MFIs or banking environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of KYC, documentation, and loan processing guidelines.

• Manage overall branch operations and business performance.

• Manage collections and portfolio quality, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquency.
• Monitor branch PAR, overdue and collection efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team to achieve business and operational targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor customer/centre meetings.
• Ensure proper adherence to company policies, processes and RBI/MFI guidelines.
• Monitor customer onboarding, KYC, documentation and loan processing.
• Identify business opportunities and develop the branch customer base.
• Review branch performance, productivity and daily/weekly MIS.
• Coordinate with Regional/Zonal teams for business and operational requirements.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational discipline.
