Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a proactive branch sales leader to drive business growth for HL/LAP across multiple channels. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, generate leads, and ensure monthly disbursement targets are met while supervising the branch sales team and coordinating with Credit, Operations and Legal teams to ensure smooth processing.

The role focuses on expanding the branch network and strengthening local market presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch sales and business growth for HL/LAP.
• Drive business through DSA, DST, connectors and open-market channels.
• Generate new leads and ensure achievement of monthly disbursement targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with DSAs/channel partners.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Monitor branch business, portfolio, productivity and collections.
• Lead and manage the branch sales team and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing, policy adherence and portfolio quality.
