Job summary

Gradonline is seeking an Education Counselor to be the first point of contact for prospective students interested in enrolling in our online degree programs. You will understand their academic and career goals, provide accurate information, and guide them through decision-making and enrollment processes.

This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals passionate about education, customer service, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, customer support, or related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact and counsel prospective students through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand student needs, goals, and background to recommend appropriate programs.
• Provide information about universities, courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process.
• Follow up consistently to support the student decision cycle and close leads.
• Maintain updated records in CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly call volume and enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with team members and team leads for best practices and lead sharing.
