Job summary

Cyboard School in Gurugram is seeking an admissions counselor to engage prospects via calls, walk-ins, and digital channels. You will guide applicants through the full enrollment process, verify documents, coordinate entrance tests and orientations, and maintain CRM records.

The role demands target-driven performance, strong communication, and ability to convert inquiries into enrollments. Six-day week with competitive salary and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; postgraduate advantage.
• 1–3 years in admissions counseling or education sales.

Key Responsibilities 1. Counseling & Lead Handling (Leads Provided)

• Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels.
• Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Provide accurate information on curriculum, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines.
• Maintain systematic follow-ups to ensure efficient lead nurturing and conversion.

Key Responsibilities 2. Admissions & Enrollment Management

• Guide students through the entire application and enrollment process.
• Verify all required documents and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
• Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate, updated records in the CRM and admissions systems.

Key Responsibilities 3. Conversion & Target Achievement

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets consistently.
• Optimize the given lead pool to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years in admissions counseling, inside sales, customer engagement, or education sector roles.
• Experience in target-driven sales environments preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
