is seeking an experienced and proactive Vendor Manager with Real Estate experience to oversee vendor relationships, procurement coordination, and supplier performance. The ideal candidate will identify reliable vendors, negotiate contracts, ensure timely procurement of materials and services, and maintain strong vendor partnerships to support project execution.

Qualifications

• Real estate vendor management experience required.
• Procurement coordination and contract negotiation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a reliable network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Source vendors for construction materials, MEP works, interior works, and project-related services.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct vendor registration, qualification, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials without affecting project timelines.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Stores teams for procurement requirements.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and vendor agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.
• Resolve vendor-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and contract disputes.
• Maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory regulations.
• Track market trends, material prices, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Build long‑term strategic relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
