Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• MBA/PG in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of procurement and contract management experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience handling high-value procurement budgets and large vendor networks.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate projects.
• Manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and contract execution.
• Identify, evaluate, onboarding, and manage vendors and contractors.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain procurement MIS, vendor databases, and contract documentation.
• Resolve supplier disputes and procurement-related risks.
• Track market trends and improve procurement processes.
