Qualifications

• Experience sourcing civil, MEP, finishing, and interior materials for large-scale projects.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end procurement of construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, equipment, and project-related services.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and payment conditions to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of materials to project sites.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain a reliable supplier database.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to optimize procurement decisions.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, finance, and stores teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare procurement plans, budgets, purchase reports, MIS, and cost-saving analyses.
